Al via i prestiti ed i finanziamenti, di cui una parte a fondo perduto, per le Pmi della Regione Piemonte. Le richieste per accedere alle risorse potranno partire dal 20 luglio 2010. A disposizione ci sono 20 milioni di euro nell'ambito della misura regionale che ha l'obiettivo di rendere più solide le pmi, diversificandone le fonti di finanziamento e mantenendone inalterata l'autonomia gestionale.
Who can request loans and financing?
Piedmont companies that are classified as SMEs, to be considered financially sound and solid growth prospects, is not subject to bankruptcy proceedings, they are not classified as enterprises in difficulty. The loans will be granted to companies whose shareholders have approved a capital increase of at least € 50 thousand , which will be provided through a special resolution of shareholders, compared to business improvement programs. The aid takes the form of granting a subsidized loan to cover 100% of the capital, plus a grant to a maximum of 5% of the funding provided by public funds regional . The companies will then have 60 months of time to return the money. For beneficiaries who have obtained the loan triggers an obligation not only to increase the capital to maintain the production plant in Piedmont for at least 7 years from the date of completion of the transaction.
